Abstract

In the Oriental Medical clinic, the importance of information is emphasized now. especially the Oriental Medicine greeting the 21th century. The clinic and educational progress on Oriental Medicine must be developed. For many clinical data being organized as information and delivered as learning, it is necessary to be concerned about development and investment in the study on medical information. And the age of International information. The Oriental Medicine must be objective, and standardized before anything else in order to rank with other science and get better than that.
Therefore the objectives of this study is as follows.
First of all. The present condition of The Medical information is divided into the educational field and the standardization. and based on seizing of that. we can have a corect understanding on the present condition of the Oriental Medical information.
So, it is to grope for the direction of development on the information of medical clinic which adequate for the medical information of internal and external country. The 21th century is the age of medical service and information. According to the informationalized degree. the quality and quantity of medicine will be decided. In the future. The medicine will be hardly survived if information is not supported. To develop the Oriental Medicine in the international view. it must be preceded that the concentrated investment and study. So. the first must be done is the standardization of terms. and then the standardization of chart, diagnosis and electric record of medical affairs that can control the medical service must be followed. To make a development constantly. it is necessary that not only baisic work of information, but also the fundamental education on the medical information. A few university open the professional course on the education of medical information. and accept the student who major in various field and make them to be a professional of the medical information that might contribute on ascending the position of the Oriental Medicine.
On the whole, it goes without saying that the effort of doing these things lie in the governmental policy. In a word. the information of the Oriental Medicine and the medical clinic is regarded as an essential condition that will be necessary of taking the international leadership.
